Lots of failures too, but failures serves lessons for improvement. And this famous quote from Franklin Templeton, serves as my motivation and inspiration..."I may be a darn fool for taking this unnecessary risk, but I am going to have the satisfaction of knowing that I tried to build my own business. If I later fail, I will have no regrets."
