In trading, it's not about how intelligent you are, it's all about how you understand and how you execute a trade.
Was down hard on this, got stop out on first trade, but through tape reading, able to recover -$800 plus, and gain +$1.7k - it's all about execution!
Mr. Market acting erratically the past days and watching/observing his behavior in the overnight session plus the way he dances obnoxiously in the first 20 minutes into the NY open, I have this instinct and my crystal ball says that he's going to do hiking back to trail, and there you go!

There is no other opportunity in the whole planet that you can make money in the market (at your own pace and time) without dealing to anyone - only trading can offer that

Today's market was a bit brutal early before the open, was down -$2kplus, but through 'observed' expert witness about the market behavior for quite a while, persisted through the open and was able to recover.

Observed also that 'W' pattern on smaller time frame - sign of a bullish/Santa rally pattern!
As market observer and experienced lots of unimaginable trading setup failures and positive outcomes, one thing that stand the test of times is that market timing coupled with patience watching the market price levels and executing a trade IN-BETWEEN is the best trade setup to make a good outcome like the chart below...
